Villa Miramar is nestled inside a quaint gated community of Puerto Aventuras. The villa offers an exclusive location on the main street, Bahia Xcacel, just a short walk from the beach front and the centre of the village which is located on the marina.
Many restaurants, cafes, bars and ice cream parlours, frame the central area of the marina. Post Office, drug store, convience store, wine and cheese store, Beauty Salon, gift shops, restaurants and bars are all located at the village centre by the channels where dolphins and sea lions swim and jump. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat or share a beer bucket with friends. This is only a half of a kilometer from the Villa.
There are a wide choice of diving and snorkeling shops, deep sea fishing and spear fishing boats, catamaran boats and impressive yachts and sailboats from across the globe lined up in the delightful marina which is also a half of a kilometer away. An idea spot for an afternoon or evening stroll.
Dolphin Discovery is located in the village centre. You can observe the manatees and sea lions and watch or live the dream of swimming with the dolphins in the paradise of the Riveria. Kids of all ages can also admire the aquatic shows along the channels. A 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, and racketball courts are also in the village centre.

There are fitness centres, wet spas, messages and wellness centres accessible for a fee. You can take cooking classes and learn to make Mexican dishes.
Beaches are fantastic with powdery, white sand caressed by the warm, turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
There is excellent fishing here with an endless amount of boats to choice from.
Bikes, golf carts, and vehicles can be rented in Puerto Aventuras. There is free parking throughout the gated community.
Chedraui Grocery Store – 2.6 kiometers It is possible to walk to the Chedraui grocery store and then take a taxi back to the villa. It is the closest grocery store to the villa and it is located out on the highway 307.
